Kwiki Privacy Policy

 

I. Data Controller

 

Kwiki, belonging to the Mexican citizen Alejandro Trejo Martínez (hereinafter "Kwiki", "the Company", "We", "Our") processes the user's personal data, establishing its address at Calle Article 123 #1, Colonia Centro, C.P. 42730, Progreso de Obregón, Hidalgo, Mexico.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our data practices, the features of our services, or technological advancements. 1. Messaging Information

 

If you exchange messages with others through the Services, we may store them for processing and delivery, allowing you to manage them, and investigate potential violations of our Terms of Service and

misconduct related to the Services. In the event that you send information from the Services to your mobile device via SMS text message, we may record your phone number, carrier, and the date and time the message was processed. Carriers can charge recipients for the text messages they receive.

information may vary in categories, including, without limitation, shopping, fashion, food, and travel. This will help us better understand your preferences and allow Kwiki to provide you with a personalized experience.

We, and third parties with whom we collaborate, may use cookies or similar technologies to collect and store information regarding your use of the Services and third-party websites. When you book at a restaurant or order Products online with our Service Network, we share your information with your chosen Business Partners. We make it easier to book and process your order by sharing your details with the Business Partner as if you had done so directly. If you provide a mobile number, the Business Partner or Kwiki may send you messages about the status of your order. In addition, when you use our Services to make a reservation or payment, we may share extra information, such as your preferences, history, or third-party data. The information you share with the Business Partner may be used for their purposes. We do not monitor their privacy practices. If you want to know more about them, contact the Business Partner.

 

3. Payment Card Information

 

In order to use certain of our Services, such as making payments on Products, we may need your credit or debit card account information. By submitting this information through our Services, you expressly consent to the sharing of your data with third-party payment processors and other third-party service providers (including, but not limited to, vendors that provide fraud detection services to us), and you agree to the following terms:

 

· When you use a credit or debit card to secure a purchase through our Sites, we provide your account information (including card number and expiration date) to our third-party payment service providers.

If you delete your User Contributions from our websites, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable on pages, cached and archived, or may have been copied or stored by other users of our websites. Proper access to and use of information provided on our websites, including User contributions, is regulated by our Terms and Conditions.

You must not share your username, password, or other security information from your Kwiki account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your username and password, we will consider you to have authorized the instructions.

 

X. Age Allowed

 

The Services are not intended for users under the age of 18 (Permitted Age), unless permitted by applicable local law. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from users or targeted marketing or solicit information from persons under the Permitted Age. If we become aware that an individual submitting personal information is under the Permitted Age, we will delete the account and any related information as soon as possible.

 

XI. Data Retention and Account Termination

 

You can close your account by visiting your profile settings page on our website. We will remove your public posts from view and/or disassociate them from your account profile, but we may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy unless prohibited by law. Subsequently, we will delete your personal information so that it is anonymous and not attributed to your identity. We may retain information to prevent, investigate, or identify potential misconduct related to the Service or to comply with legal obligations.
